We offer Groups a wide variety of classes at the St. George FamilySearch Library. Schedule one of our classes to be presented just for your group.
Or schedule a time for your group to come for an evening of indexing or researching in a chosen area.

Group Visits Policies/Procedures
We welcome you to the library and to make your visit more enjoyable and productive, please follow these procedures. If your group wants to access FamilySearch or Family Tree please bring a Pedigree Chart and/or Family Group Sheets for their research information.
Please invite your ward family history consultants to assist in obtaining LDS account user name and password; also invite them to attend your visit to St. George FamilySearch Library.
LDS Account Login: Very Important! Each LDS Member of the group needs to have an LDS Account before coming to the Library. Please have them log into https://ldsaccount.lds.org or another church account site to make sure their Username and Password are working. If they are not working we have attached an instruction sheet to assist with this procedure.
LDS Account Registration: For LDS members who don’t have a current account, have them register for one prior to your visit. They can do this by going to https://ldsaccount.lds.org and clicking on the Register for an LDS Account button on the right side of the screen and entering the necessary information, which includes their church membership number and birth date. Their membership number is on their temple recommend or can be provided by their ward clerk. Youth 8-12 years old (under 13) will also need a parent to physically provide permission, also the parent's membership number. To activate a new account, an email address is needed.
Community Registration: For those who are not a member of the LDS faith, you may obtain a FamilySearch account by accessing http://goo.gl/98WVk . Click on "Create new account", then click on "FamilySearch Account (for the general public)". Fill out the information requested. After completing the form, click the "Register" button at the bottom of the screen. A verification e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address entered on the form. The new account must be activated within 48 hours, or the registration is voided, and the process must be started again. Activate your account by clicking on the text in the e-mail that says "click here."
