Right-Sized Indexing Batches—Try One While They Last!

December 10, 2015 By Jesse Hyde
What’s the right size for an indexing batch? FamilySearch needs your help to figure out if small batches are a better option for new indexers, college students, busy moms, traveling business people, or other people with limited indexing time.
Right now the “US, Tennessee (Small Batches)—Birth Records, 1908–1912 [Part B]” and “US, Illinois, Cook County (Small Batches)—Births, 1940–1949” projects are available with just three images per batch. Please try it out, and tell us if you like the new size or if you’d prefer something different.
Send comments to fsindexing@familysearch.org.
Please note: If you are happy indexing full-sized batches, please save the small batch projects for people who really need them.
