There is so much going on in the FamilySearch Library it is hard to tell where to start in getting you up to date. If you haven't been; in the Library, you will be surprised at how nice it looks.
We have a beautiful new reception desk with lots of room, and it is very attractive. We have Bart Weber to thank for this. We have. . .
lots of storage and a wonderful staff area thanks primarily to the efforts of Elder Paul Jensen. Everything is so big and light. We have a computer training room for
24 students and another computer classroom for 18 students. The research room will have 60 computers with so much room between them you can square dance while the patrons work. Well that might be a little exaggeration but only a little.
The administration area has room for the Assistant Directors along with staff for records and statistics. We now have an auditorium that will hold 56 people and double as a classroom where we will have the ability to show training films to aid in our preparation meetings.
We are so pleased the center is full of light and windows. I hope I have whetted your appetite, and I hope when you come you will be as excited as we are about our new home. We hope to see you soon in the new FamilySearch Library.
