Solution:
- Sign in.
- Click Memories.
- Click Photos or Documents.
- Click the Upload button to open the upload box.

- Click the green photo with the plus sign (+) to open a search window. (You can also open a search window from your start menu.)
- Search for the folder with the image file.
- Locate the image file.

- Drag and drop the image file (left-click and hold while pulling).
- The box will turn green while you are dragging.
- After the file is dropped, it will show as a gray photo saying "uploading" for a few seconds and then "completed."
The formats and and size are listed on the upload page.
Notes: You must be signed in to FamilySearch to upload photos or documents.
The first time you upload a photo and a document, you will be required to read and accept the Submission Agreement.

The first time you upload a photo and a document, you will be required to read and accept the Submission Agreement.
- Documents supports JPG, PNG, and PDF up to 15 MB.
- Photos supports JPG and PNG up to 5MB.
