“The Sacred Background to A Sacred Work”
Six Wednesdays, 10:00–11:30
Instructor: Elder Wayne Brickey

Oct 29 (#701)  The Grand Plan

In our premortal life, the Father offered us His kind of life — all that He is and all that He has. This includes the eventual privilege of having eternal families of our own.

Nov 05 (#702)  The Grand Promises

This class is a study of the infinitely wondrous promises made to the founders of our race. Those promises inspired them to be their best. They can so the same for us.

Nov 12 (#703)  The Grand Fathers

We will review some of the noble and great ones who were sent to pioneer the first generations of mankind. And we will rememember that we carry with us their DNA.

Nov 19 (#704)  The Grand Dispensation

The people of past dispensations have enormous tasks. And the labors that await us of this last dispensation are even greater. No wonder the Lord is accelerating the work.

Nov 26 (No class)  Thanksgiving Break

Dec 03 (#705)  The Grand Story

A master saga will yet unfold, proving the active care and mercies of God. That story will be composed of many smaller ones, including the stories of ourselves and our families.

Dec 10 (#706)  The Grand Pattern

Providing eternal blessings for the living and the dead is not easy work. And we will be at it for a long time. But this we do in similitude of Jesus Christ, our Pattern.
