Attending the live event

More than 15,000 adults and children attended the free event in 2016. Tickets will be limited in 2017 for this increasingly popular event. Individuals and families interested in attending the live event in Salt Lake City should register as quickly as possible online at RootsTech.org.

For those who can attend live at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City, sign up for a time to meet one-on-one with a certified FamilySearch ambassador and find names of your ancestors to take to the temple. Space is limited.

If you have a family history calling, take advantage of specialized trainings in Salt Lake City built to help you learn how to organize family history efforts, work with youth consultants, and take advantage of new tools and techniques.

You’ll leave with tips and tricks to help individuals discover and connect their families.

Register to attend here.
